We start by getting to know each other, usually on an initial call or two with your team. It's all about understanding who you are, your short and long-term goals, and the resources available to leverage now so we can build on strength and get you to your targets. We take all the learnings from our initial calls, and perhaps a mini tech stack audit, and identify the best service or mix of services that are the right fit for your business, budget and goals, then run you through your best options and our availability to schedule the work for kickoff.

Now it’s time to get everything set up for success. We pick your brains even deeper than we did on our initial get to know each other call and get you to fill out a briefing doc, which we then discuss on a kickoff call. Meanwhile, our team researches the target market, develops the strategy, assesses viability of any existing creative assets (such as videos, images, copy, and the website/ticketing/booking user experience) and often edit or create new ones. Here we also refine the campaign key messaging, write new copy variations, map out the marketing funnel, create targeting lists, identify keywords and hashtags, and set up tracking and analytics to make sure we're collecting as much meaningful data as possible. Phew. Talk about busy busy! No wonder you don't have time for all this.
